I put the notice on my 32 days account and the money was supposed to be on my savings on my account on the 23rd of Dec 2013 when I went to check the money was not there, I went to the bank and they advised that my savings account is closed then a consultant by the name of Mzi Peters advised that he will activate my savings account and the money will be on my account on the 24th of Dec 2013 even now the money has not been transferred. I went to the bank and I met the same Mzi who made the empty promise to me. This time he said the money will be on my account on the 28 which is tomorrow. I asked him to provide me with a written confirmation he went to the back office and came back with a person by the name of Siyanda Jako who is so rude, who doesn't even know what is customer service, who just throw the letter at me. All I want is my money to be deposited on my savings account and if that is not done by tomorrow I am going to escalate this to the Office of the Ombudsman. FNB has inconvinienced me so badly.
