I transferred money by mistake to a credit card that is still linked to my account but has been closed for a long time. I was not able to transfer the money back to my account. I immediately phoned the call centre to assist me with this. The person assisting me informed me that because the account is closed the money will automatically be transferred back into my account after 10 days. This has been a month and a half ago and the money is still in the closed account. I want the money transferred back to my account now! I am done waiting for the money to be "automatically" transferred back!
