I want my money back!

I went to the FNB ATM at the Shell petrol station in Gabriel Road, Plumstead/Wynberg on Friday 3 May 2013 at 12.27pm. I wanted to transfer R6 500 from my cheque account into my Discovery credit card. When I read my slip, I realised that the money had gone into the wrong account. The credit card account ended with *4000, whereas my Discovery credit card ends with *5000. I phoned FNB telephone banking when I got home and queried this. Khanya told me that the money had been transferred into my defunct classic credit card (which I cancelled in October 2012! Why is this still appearing on the screen when I do ATM transactions?). She assured me the money would bounce back into my account within 24 hours. It didn't. I've logged a query - my reference number is RF13050418638. Come on, FNB, give me my money back! It can't float around for much longer. I need it. And please remove my cancelled credit card as an option from my ATM menu.
