Money transferred from my Puresave account

Hello Peter

I received an sms that R600 was taken out of my Puresave account at STD Bank yesterday at 15:26. I immediately called the bank as no transfers ever happen from that account except for into my Cheque account. Nothing could be done to help. I just came back from Centurion branch, where I have been transferred from post to pillar, and still dont understand what is going. I need answers, and my R600 back. Why is money being taken out of my account without my knowledge or approval. That money had very important things to do, and now I cant even go to the person to inform him what has happened, as I have no idea.
