Poor service!

I needed to claim for my car window which was broken during a, I dealt with Mduduzi for three days trying to get my window fixed. Mduduzi told me to get a quote from Glassfit and send it to him which I did, i waited an entire day and he eventually sent me a claim number, I went back to Glassfit who then told me that the claim had never been submitted.

I then called Standard Bank Head Office who then informed me that they are not affiliated with Glassfit and I had to go to PG Glass, in the mean time, Mduduzi sent me an email with Std Bank Banking details and he asked me to send the details to Glassfit so they could pay the money over??!!! why the would Glassfit need these banking details???

Now I need to go through the entire waste of time all over again with PG Glass, while my window is still non-existant. This is extremely unprofessional on Mduduzi's side and I am extremely annoyed by him and his incompetence.
