I had hail damage on 28 nov" and report it same day with ousurance -agent Rethabile Aphane, admit explain on emIl on Friday (29 Nov) and again Monday (2dec) that I do not have any vision through my windscreen.. have no other transport, have made numerous calls also yesterday (3rd) and (today 4th)' still no feedback or assistance provided. (Just empty promises) I am aware that there is lot of claims, but I feel I pay my insurance on time but when I need it then I have to wait. Week without any assistance.

This is not good service at all!!! All answer Is that glassfit will contact me?? If glassfit have to many claims then I suppose outsurance must use an extra company too assist customers.
