The day before yesterday, we had an accident, or well, as a result of two cats fighting in the front yard and me trying to frighten them so they'd stop fighting, I quite accidently hit a hole in our front window of the house. Anyway, called Outsurance, thought at first not bad service, then came the Standby guy from Glassfit, the one and only supplier Outsurance uses for glass related repairs. His quote was just stupid to be frank. I stayed up the entire night and the next morning got a quote for HALF the price he quoted me, does glass (as in the actual product) come at different prices dependant on the time of day?
The problem is that Glassfit can charge the customers of Outsurance any price they want, why on 's green earth would you only have one supplier? Are the other suppliers not worthy? I'm dissapointed both in Outsurance and Glassfit. Shape up Outsurance, or I'll move to a company who thinks of the client before the bottom line.
