Nedbank
Deduction without consent or notification

On the 21st June i got an sms to inform me that a debit order has gone off for nedbank. I then decided to contact the call centre and the agent informed me that the debit orders were brought forward and i need to speak to the collections department. She then transfered me to them and i ask for two things,
1. Why was the debit order done before the date that i agreed upon in my contract?
2. Why was there no notification sent to inform me before hand,?
Now i have to pay interest on my overdraft because there was no funds available. If this is what nedbank is all about i will inform all my friends of the bad service. I asked for an email to be sent to explain this and i was told that the manager would email me, but i have still not gotten a response. I wonder if this breaks the contract and what can be done. I will definitely get legal advise regarding this matter and also move my buisness to another bank. Reversing the debit order does not resolve the initial problem of it going off in the first place.
And this will be the last time that i do business with them.
Who is going to pay the interest on my overdraft?
