I was retrenched on wednesday the 10th of july 2013. after calling the personal loan department to notify them as i have a insurance againts retrenchment the tell me even though my policy has a retrenchment policy it doesnt help me as they take the amount of money that the insurance pays off the capital amount and not towards the installments which means that the insurance policy doesnt help me at all!! i still have to pay them and the normal full amount. what does that help? i dont have a income how must i pay? that is the worst policy i have heard of in my life!! will advise everyone i ever meet or know not to take a personal loan from nedbank as they arent there when you need them the most.
