On the 13th of June 2013 my car was involved in an accident which was driven by my brother a secondary driver on my policy. I called Dial direct, and I was transferred from pillar to post, and with the 4 consultants kept asking me security questions, until Kgomosto assisted me, she managed to assist me, and on the 15th of June 2013 I was given a courtesy car, I was told on the 19th or 20th I will know what is happening with the claim, and up till today I have no cooking clue if my car will be repaired, I have made numerous calls, and they still investigating the matter

What is there to investigate?
Bottom line doesn't matter whose working or not! This does not affect our claim as Toyota will pay our excess due to their unethical behaviour on the road, So Grant Get your Ducks In a Row, before I refer this too the Ombudsmen, I'm sure he will be more than happy to assist us in this matter.

Just sort this Car out as soonest! I don't care for the processes we pay monthly and don't expect to be treated unfairly, and don't ever treat us like you'll doing us a favour, we pay our service @ the end of the day.
