Dial direct wont return my ca

Dial direct towed my car on 19 march after it was involved in aan accident, it took them more thaan three week to do admin and approve the claim. My car is a volvo and was taken to a non volvo aaccreduated repairer, Lifewise CC. Iwhen i asked about the repairer they said Life wise was volvo accredited. I have been calling patiently to check progress on the repair of the car as somrtimes two weeks will pass without any update. On the 14 of june I got a msg saying that my car was undergoing polishing and glazing on the 14 of June 2013"though it referred my car as MERC. I called the repairer on the 18 june to ask if i could collect the car, the repairer told me that they are still waiting for a part they only realised that they needed after 14 june. I am paying for the instalment of the car and the insurance prepium every month and i dont know if my car still exist, if yes if i will ever be repaired!!
