Internet Banking Not made easy

I bought data bundles for R79.00 (300MB) on the 22nd of June through internet banking, I also bought airtime for R100.00 which i received immediately. I did not receive the data bundles immediately and thought they will eventually come through. I called 0861313210 and was advised to contact MTN, i called MTN and they said they can only see the airtime for the 22nd of June and no data bundles. i called FNB AGAIN and was advised to call 011 507 4777 and ask to speak to chris/cindy and give them tracing number: VODSWPJ8L7CB because i was told my query has been resolved and they will also confirm that for me. When i called the number given they advised me that they only deal with Vodacom customers and not MTN. I called FNB AGAIN... this time wanted to speak to a supervisor, Kedibone attended to my call sweet talked me and said she will get back to me, that was two weeks ago. I call her today and she said MTN has confirmed with them that i got my data bundles and i must call them on 083173 (not even apologizing for not having kept her word, "service i tell you"), I called the number given and they advised me that those bundles were not received, AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS MERRY GO ROUND!
