Last year on the 01 december 2012, some one failed to break and bumped my car from behind on a straighway. i immediatly lodge a claim with dial direct which i took a assessor 30 days to assess the damage. currently my car is still at the panelbeater, the dial direct is taking me from pillar to pillar to update me when will the repairs be completed. am renting a car with R250.00 because dial direct refuse to extend the courtesy car. i am in a dark about the repairs, dial direct and the panel beaters they don't keep me updated.
i am very disappointed with the poor service they are offering, i hereby requesting help if is their someone out there who can assist me, because since my car was in this panel beater (tri-dent middleburg) from the 1st december 2013 now is about 4 months and i am paying monthly installment, my car insurance (dial direct) and am renting a car at R250 per day which is amounting to R12 250.00 to date and also the cost am carrying i dont have any idea when this panel beater will finish with my car. kindly please assist
