I was on my way to zeerust via swartrugens when i decided to pass thru the bank to withdraw money for tollgate, the only available and nearest ATM was FNB, arriving by the ATM i found two men in both machines, waited on line till the one man finished, put my card, pin as well as amount, i dont know really what happened while waiting for cash but at the end i didnt get my money as well as the card, while trying to cancel the transaction Ireceive an SMS that 2000 and 1000 has been withdrawn and i immediately stopped the card, went to the nearest policy station to open a draud case but couldnt get help, arriving in pretoria went to capitec bank lodge a complaint, was told to come with case no, but while waiting for case no i receice a call from capitec call centre telling me that my case has been declined as i was negligent with my bank pin no, the lady was so arrogant that she told me i can take the matter up with who ever but the wont assist me, therefore am asking for your intervention in this regard please.my 3000.00 is gone but my bank fail to help me.
