I had a car accident on Wednesday 27/02/2013 morning, when i contacted my insurance right way for assistance, they did everything in their power to give me the best help. Mosly i want to thank the lady that called me, Zama Zulu to take down all the info about the accident, how it happened and she was patient with me and made sure everything goes smoothly and explain all the process and how much excess money i have to pay. She went the extra mile for my car to be send to the panel beaters the soonest so it can be fixed and to get back my car back as soon as possible since i do not have a cover for a car hire on my insurance.
Im thankful for all the help i got from dial direct and their agents who were so helpful and patient with me. this was my very 1st experience involved in an accident and i know if this sort of nature thing happen again i can always trust my insurance to give me the best assistance
