BURGLARY 2 MONTH AGO STILL NOT COMPLETED A SHAME

ON 24/4/2013 my house was burgled, the aluminium sliding door was damaged as well as the trellidor security gate. I immediatly telephoned Dial Direct, to report the break in as the house was now open to more damage, as access was so easy. Had to telephone 3 times before ayesha phoned back, ayesha was working on the case. this was the ONLY TIME SHE RETURNED MY CALLS. the safety gate HAS STILL NOT BEEN FIXED AND THE TRELLIDOR HAS TO BE TIED TO ANOTHER NEARBY WITH CHAINS AND WIRES SO THAT ACCESS IS MADE DIFFICULT FOR AN INTRUDER. THIS LIMITS A PERSON TO LEAVE THE HOUSE IN CASE THE BURGLARS RETURN TO THE REST OF THE ITEMS. EXCESS HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE MUST BE THE 8th FOR AYESHA TO PHONE BACK AS THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. BUT OF COURSE NO RETURN CALL!!! NAZEEM FROM CUTTING EDGE KEYS AND LOCKS, WHO HAS LOTS OF EXCUSES WHY THE JOB HAS NOT BEEN DONE, PROMISING TO COME THE NEXT DAY AND WHEN YOU PHONE AGAIN THE SAME PROMISES, THIS SEEMS TO BE THE TYPE WHO ARE DOING THE REPAIRS FOR DIAL DIRECT, WHO SHOULD BE DOING THE PHONE CALLS BACK AND FORTH NOT THE PERSON WHO HAS THE INSURANCE WITH DIAL DIRECT. IT IS ALMOST 2 MONTHS NO JOY YET. OMBUDSMAN THE NEXT STEP SURE
