I've been trying to get hold of Angelique since 8 this morning. I left several msg's for her and she is nowhere to be found to return my calls. At 10 my forth call I asked to speak to her manager and he was on the phone and I left my numbers so that he can call me back he didn't (Nick Jacobs).

So my question is, if she's not calling and the manager is not calling who needs to call me back to resolve my query?

I took my car for Repairs at Action Auto and I need to take it back as I'm not happy with the way they it is now.

I called angelique to organise a courtecy car for me so that I can have a car to use while my car is in for repairs. So I'm not winning with them.

PS: Dial Direct is a service provider and they must provide a service. PS: dial direct is not the only service provider in Afrika Borwa so who needs who in this situation? For now yes I need you guys to play your role. I don't need to beg you to unswer my f...# calls I pay for calls I made so answer and provide feedback. Is it difficult to call me back but easy to debit premiums? Waiting!!
