During October 2012, lightning struck my house during a massive thunder storm. The damage done by the lightning was valued at about R50 000. All the damaged items were replaced within 48 hours. This included a gate motor, garage door motor, electrical fence control box, house alarm, CCTV camera and monitor, television, home theater and the cordless land line telephone.

After the lightning incident, another Insurance Company contacted me to see if they could beat Dial Direct's cover and premium. They could not. Dial Direct as a result of this, reduced my premium even further. Thank you for this service as well.

I would like to congratulate and thank Faizel Abarder and Dial Direct for their wonderful and speedy service. I sincerely doubt any other insurance company could have done what you did within the same 48 hours.
