Well firstly thank Leonie for encouraging me to lay a complaint instead of actually trying to help me.
At about 13.20 I got a call back for my request for an insurance quote, after about 5 minutes the call cut out and nobody called me back, I then used the FNB app to call the insurance number listed in FNB's contacts, I tried this 3 times and each time got through to Rustenburg who told me they cannot help me.
I then tried the complaints department and specifically said I wanted "Household content insurance" she then transfers me to the incorrect department where I eventually end up with the manager, Leonie at about 13.55 who outright told me I am more than welcome to lay a complaint on Hellopeter, so here I am, with her express permission and encouragement.
I was literally in your Somerset Mall branch 2 hours ago telling Corn? how helpful and great FNB's service is. All I want is a freaking quote, how complicated can that really be?
