Bad Service

I am very dissapointed with the service I received from Debt busters. When I applied I though I was getting help but no. I am not being kept in the loop with regards to the process. I would like to cancel this before it starts so I can try and manage myself as I was better of before, I will cancel my account if I have to so that you do not deduct from my account when it is the debit order day. I am frustrated with being informed late about stuff. I will be in a worse position I am sure. If I do not leave now
