Incorrect debit order date & double deductions

I currently have a savings account with capitec as well as a loan through them. On accessing a loan from Capitec bank, I advised the bank that my salary date was the 25th of each month and they contacted my HR dept who confirmed this information. Capitec decided to put my salary date as the 21st despite the information provided to them. For the past 5 months i have had o contact their customer care line to try and update the information with no success.
I have had to deal with a double deduction on both my savings account and my cheque account for my monthly payments. I have only authorised Capitec to debit monies from my cheque account and not my capitec account, I don't understand why they would even debit my savings account yet they so. Nevermind the fact that I put way funds in my savings account to help me get by during the month but I now also end up battling through the month because my funds have been taken away by Capitec. I have even gone through the extend of requesting that my case be escalated and honestly nothing has been done to sort this.

I am livid and regret ever opening this account!!!
