I first sent a request to FNB Insurance to be contacted on 19 September 2013 and then again on 30 September. I received a call this morning and I informed the consultant that I could send him my current schedule which is the norm as accepted by other insurance companies / brokers when I request a short term quote. I was informed that I could send it but it would still take 25 minutes to take down my details. Wow what a waste of time and how much money wasted on telephone calls. In the past years, the most time spent on the phone to furnish details for a short term insurance was 15 minutes.
So much problems with FNB. What is happening to them???
