I am trying to request a quote for insurance to be added to my contract. I called the branch where I opened my contract and they requested I dial 808 from my cellphone. I did this, and spoke to a consultant who then said they would put me through to the insurance department. When I got through and I tried explaining what I needed and the call cut. On my second attempt I waited 13 minutes and 30 seconds and was not even put through to the insurance department yet. This is incredibly frustrating and wasting a lot of my time. Please can someone urgently call me back about this. Thank you.
