I Am Writing this Utterly Disgusted and Gutted from the Service i Got From African Bank! To Date i have sent Countless Emails, made numerous call for them to Sort out my Query and i still have no Joy!
Here's the Story: i was Charged arrears interest in Error, i was told someone is busy sorting out my query and they will get back to me: its 4 months later and NO WORD! i have copies of emails I've sent to all the emails they have and list of names of all consultants i spoke to and no one seems to help!
