Made application for Personal loan but was not allowed to use secondary income, but according to Call centre staff you can use secondary (extra) income. Tried to get clarity on this by sending a complaint to email address on African Bank website [Email Removed] which came back as no longer in use and another. Email address was quoted [Email Removed] ; of which I used as well but till today there is no response since both emails where sent on the 4th of April 2013. When does African Bank responds to these email addresses which are suppose to be used as query/complaint lines? What is their turnaround time to attend and respond to customer complaint? Who answer to these emails?
