The African bank service continues to depreciate day by day. On the 31-06-2013 I raised a complaint with regard to my account of which since then I received few calls from Peter Mashangoane a manager who advised me he will sort this complaint out. The last communication I have received from him was on the 27-06-2013 and to date I have never received any feedback from him. I responded and forwarded the proof communication that confirmed that I was not in arrears to him on the 11-07-2013 and he never gave feedback since then... I am now going to take the next step for OMBUDMAN to intervene since I am not getting any resolution. I continue to be charged interest on capital amount which includes the amount n arrears as per your statement which conflicts with your system. I called the call centre today (21-08-2013, time 9:30 - 9:45) and spoke to Purity Dube who again confirmed that as per African system I am not in arrears and assured me that I will be receiving the updated statement confirming this. I have requested her to log a call and she gave me the reference no: 9790582 for escalating this query once more.. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM AFRICAN BANK
