OVER CHARGED ON FINAL MONTH & NO ONE WILL RESPOND

I had taken out a loan with African bank, which ended in December, i was sent an sms saying a certain amount would be debited (larger than it should have been) so i called and was told of the other costs and since it was my last month that they were added, i agreed to that, then when i got paid a different amount than what was said on the sms was taken of more than what it should have been, and now that iv finished paying it they don't seem to think that they should respond to my emails, i had the worst service while i was with African Bank and have complained about them many times before, but now my emails don't even get a response, this is pathetic, if id at least had better service i would have left it alone yet i didn't, i expect the extra amount to be paid back into my account right away.
