Good Day
I have an african bank loan, inwhich on the 16 June 2013, made payment arrangements for the 30 July 2013 payment, I did not submit my banking details, as consultant said they would call me closer to the time of deduction, I now realised that this payment went off without my consent on the 6 July 2013, upon calling up African Bank I wax put through to Linky Masilela, which got her manager to assist us, Charmaine Samuel, Charmaine told me that she would have Linky action the refund immediately, and the funds would be in my account today, I have submitted all docs as per their request, but now cannot get hold of them at all, I have sent numerous emails to both ladies with still no response, now I have made payment arrangements, but this is a complete inconvenience, I tend on uitilizing all forms of media to express my frustration, as a client I expect my issues to be addressed with professionalism, thus is the complete opposite.
Ive tried calling, but to no answer.
