I had a query with african bank. and Anthea Moodley handled my query. from the moment she emailed me to calling me within minutes of receiving my query has been exceptional. she was very polite friendly and handled my query like she was speaking to a person not a number. she kept me up to date and did not take more that 5 minutes to respond to any of my emails. i have never received such super service.if all companies had a Anthea in their team we would not have a problem with customer service. I am very happy with her and African Bank as a whole. Thank you Anthea :-) :-)
