Response on JRA Public Liability Claim

I lodged a claim with the Johannesburg Road's agency in January 2013. The JRA Risk Dept processed my claim and supporting documents and issued a letter on the 12 April 2013 advising that " our depot has investigated the scene of your accident and they have furnished us with a report, which we have forwarded to our Insurance Department.'' The letter further stated that if I needed feedback on the status t I could contact Alexander Forbes after 14 days from the date of the letter. I waited 14 working days and called to enquire. I was asked to call back in a week which I did and received the same response 3 weeks in succession. Finally I was informed that the file was with the adjustor and I should call back in a week. I called back in a week and the Claims Team leader said '' I am waiting for your file from the auditor and will send you a release''. No release was received, and a week later I contacted the JRA on the 06/06/2013 by e-mail and I got a response on the 10/06/2013 to state that they needed a vehicle registration document to in order to proceed with the claim! This document was previously submitted on the 04 Feb 2013 to the JRA. So what happended to the release promised?
