Bad Service Delivery

1. On 28 Sept, 2013, my wife and I had a car accident on R103. Alexander Forbes call centre sent towtruck from MotorTech to tow the damaged vehicle.
2. 30 Sept, 2013 accident reported at Dawn Park and later Alexander Forbes were sent the accident report.
3. After a week, Alexander Forbes did not know about the whereabouts of the vehicle and I had to phone and visit Randow panelshop in Alberton as per information given by the tow truck company.
4. On 16 October, 2013 received notification that the vehicle was with Randow Panelbeaters in Alberton.
5. On 16 October, 2013 was informed by Tiny Sibanyoni that the vehicle is a write off.
6. On 31 October, 2013, I wrote an email complaining about lack of communication/feedback regarding progress in the matter. Tiny asked for registration papers from me yet she had been talking to the financer.
7. On 4 Nov, 2013, I had to report lack of progress to Mattie Patrick (Tiny's manager).
8. On 5 Nov, 2013 I spoke to Tiny again notifying her that as at 7 Nov, 2013 I will return the rented and will struggle to go to work. Tiny blamed the financier.
For more than 6 weeks, there has been nothing done to assist me by Alexander Forbes.
