Momentum Insurance processes a claim within 48 hrs, allthough they admit that it is not allways posable.
March has had my claim since the 15th of November. When I inquired, I was told the following :
The claim does not take a day to process ...(actually meaning several days)
The next time... The people working with in will only be back on Monday" (apperently they were offsick)
Then, they released it but mispelled your Surname as Becker and not Bester? (27th) Ok, ...and still no feedback after that?
