Missing funds, breach of contract

I have signed a contract with Nedbank to have my debit order taken off on the 28th of every month, which is done via debit order. This month (June) Nedbank debited my account on the 20th, prior to my salary being paid in, resulting in them emptying my account. This leaves me with no funds available for food, petrol, bread, milk and other essentials, till salary payment happens on 27th. This is unacceptable and needs to stop.

Over and above that, they claim that one on my debit orders were reversed and paid back to me, funds which never appeared in my account. After calling to address this in April, I received confirmation from Nedbank that this was resolved. Two months later (June), they claim that there is still an outstanding amount. If money was reversed from Nedbank and never paid to me, then where did this money go??? I am going to insist that this be investigated for, as there could be a syndicate in the bank, reversing debit orders and pocketing the money, resulting in the clients being double charged.
