Ne refund of money unlawfully deducted

I had a policy with Alexander Forbes but sold my house in May 2013.

To cancell the policy proof of registration was needed. after much effort I sent through the proof of transfer and after a lot more effort, the policy was cancelled and promise to refund all monies deducted made.

it was all good adn well but I never recieved the refund. To make matters worse, another debit order went of. When inquiring, I was told that the system automattically registered a new policy for me adn was I told that the amouont of over R1200 would be refunded by 15 October 2013.

It has been several emails later and have I received no response yet.

Would someone kindly assist.
