No complete answer after almost two weeks!!

I'm an ABSA client for the last 15 years. I have my current bond with ABSA for the past 8 1/2 years. Now I sold my property and found a new one. On my offer, there is a 21 day time for me to get a bond.

I applied for a home loan at ABSA on the 07-06-2013. I as an old customer were thinking that it will be quick to get a bond as I have an existing bond. To my surprise this is not the case.

On Tuesday 11-06-2013 I didn't get any answer from ABSA yet so I decided I'm going to applied at Standerdbank as well. Standardbank gave me an approval with an interest rate two days after. ABSA also came back but with no Interest rate.

Up till now I cannot get an interest rate out of them because they have all these excuses of what is wrong. I'm so stressed as I only have 4 days left before the seller takes his property to the next person whom had an offer.

I think that maybe they do not want business anymore. I had excellent service from them in the past with an excellent rate.

Do not know what went wrong? Hope they can fix it before they lose all there customers to the opposition.
