Unfair Practice

My wife passed away and now I have to reregister the bond in my name only. I have been with Absa for 15 years and have already paid of one bond. I now have to reapply and get treated as a new customer. My current interest rate is 2% below prime and now they can only offer me 9.5%. My wife was unemployed and i payed the bond anyway
If you follow this link then they seem to care about existing customers but in my case they do not.
