We applied for a second home loan as we wanted to purchase another property for investment purposes. The bond originators secured a 100% bond at Standard Bank but we wanted a loan through ABSA as my husband has been dealing with ABSA for many years and we have an investment with ABSA. The first problem with securing a loan with ABSA was that there was a mistake with a loan we had previously and therefore is was declined. My husband phoned Hybre and discussed the problem with her. I went into the branch with all the paper work required and Hybre sorted the issue out. ABSA then only gave us a 90% bond. Hybre went out of her way to negotiate and discuss the matter with the necessary people at the Bank. She spent a week on this matter and gave us regular feedback as to the status of the application. Hybre not only managed to secure a 100% loan but she also negotiated a better interest rate that Standard Bank offered us. Thank you for your commitment and outstanding customer service Hybre!!
