Bond Approval Frustration

1. Bond Application was submitted on 26/08/2013 with ABSA East Gate for R800, 000.00
2. Bond was approved on 20/09/2013 with 20% deposit and 9.45% Interest Rate - far too long for any bond as Offer To Purchase has validity...
3. I have Requested the same day if possible for the deposit and/or the interest rate to be reconsidered.
4. On the 23/09/2013 - I went to the branch requesting again for a deposit of 15% to be reconsidered or the Interest rate
5. On the 26/09 - requested copy of my bond application-I was given my own pay slips and the Offer to Purchase
6. On the 02/10/2013 As no one has contacted me to ask me if I am happy with the conditions or any kind of courtesy call. I personally called the 0861134654 to find out if I can better the conditions of my bond - the lady who answered didn't took my reference number or name, but simply referred me back to the branch
7. On 03/10/2013-I went to Eastgate again - asked again a request for reconsidering the deposit
I have been ABSA client since 1998, I have Hnr Degree, my account is on a very high positive balance since 2008
What are the criteria's ABSA conceder a client as a valuable client worthy of a professional prompt response.
