LACK OF ASSISTANCE

I`m quite appalled by service I have received from African Bank the past few weeks; I have an account with Bears which I believe is now in partnership with African Bank. I bought couches and a fridge from Bears. Couches were not in stock at point of sale, second hand couches delivered after one month, new couches only delivered after about six months, bad service from Bears call centre, African bank call centre, long and short of it, I ended up in arrears of R28000.00, I`ll never catch up with that hense, I got an institution that is willing to pay R26000.00 but only if my African bank is settled in full by them. I need assistance of someone competent enough to do the math, R26000.00 just to wright off R1000.00, verses another 20 years to pay this, as it's not the only thing happening in my life financially. I want this arrears to end, I just need some assistance. I do not want to be contacted by some credit controller, or supervisor I would like this to be resolved by someone more senior, that is able to make decisions like this, I also a raw deal in the beginning, and need for this nightmare to end, so I can carry on with life.
