I received an sms telling me that i qualified for an increase on my credit card - all i had to do was visit a branch. Bear in mind here that they contacted me not vice versa. So out of idle curiosity i go into Northgate - now suddenly it is far more complicated - I have provided id and latest payslip but also have to get original bank statements for three months - I just walked out. Don't send me rubbish on my sms. I did not ask for this and quite frankly should have known better.
