I'm an African bank customer i have a credit card with them now for more that two years, I'm disappointed with the service I'm receiving from them lately.
I received an sms more that once from then saying i qualify for an increase on my credit card and i called them and the consultant told me that it doesn't show on the system that i qualify for an increase on the credit card but for a loan.
I went to the branch they Also told me the same story of a loan which they failed to explain to me how is that possible to qualify for a loan but not increase . all i can say is that your consultants don't care about what the customer want all the care about is to make a sale and earn commission or they are just incompetent.
