Very poor service, bordering incompetence

Applied for a credit card increase at the Corner Harrison and Marshaltown branch, assisted by Thembisile Sibanyoni, on of the 4th of July 2013. I submitted all the required documents. She gave me a card ". She advised, all that is required is confirmation of my employment and then money would be released into my account. I made several phone calls to follow up with there what the status is and she advised that she had sent all the required documents through to the card division. I called the card division, they said they had not received the requisite documents from the branch, I must call the branch and vice versa. They keep sending me back and forth and refuse to speak to each other to find out what the hold up is. I had given the lady my proof of address, but she gave it back saying it's not required. I'm just sitting in limbo not knowing what the status is or what the problem is, nobody can give me a straight answer. I had a credit card with African bank which was opened effortlessly and without any hassles. I have wasted my time going to this branch.
