Instalment increased illegally

I have been struggling with this FNB division since Feb 2013 and the story even involves NCR and CEOcomplaints email but im still in the same position as in Feb 2013 .

On Monday i received an sms informing me that my debit order of R3324 will go off, whereas my instalment is R2990, I have been passed from 1 person to another since then until today, Diana, Julia, Refilwe, the Manager Ishmail and now Chantal. ALL of them are passing the bug and not taking any responsibility.

My other debit orders will be affected by this increased instalment, and the same institution had refused to refund advance payments I have been making until i escalated the matter to the REGULATOR .can someone at fnb stop messing around in my account and re instate my correct instalment, the prime interest rate remained the same for 5 months now but not at FNB they decide how much to debit and increase my instalment whenever they feel like it.
