Debit Order Refund

Hi,

On the 28th March 2013 I cancelled my DSTV subscription. A debit order still went off at the beginning of April.
After calling to complain on the 5th April 2013 I was assured I would be refunded in 7 working days. After 7 working days passed I called again on the 18th April 2013to enquire what is the status of my refund. I was told the system declined the refund as it was for the incorrect amount (which in no part is my fault) and another refund for the correct amount had to be logged and I would have to wait a further 7 working days.

Up to today I have received no refund and when I called today I was given the same reassuring story of getting a refund in 7 working days by Adele and after asking to speak to a supervisor, Jabulani, I was told that there is no way for the process of getting my refund sped up even though the delay was caused by the incompetent staff. I was told that I will not be refunded for the R135 i was charged in bank charges due to insufficient funds as a result of the debit order going off and I have made numerous phone calls trying to sort out this refund with Multichoice.

I hope there is someone that can bring me customer satisfaction.
