Frozen account and still cant get help for 4 days

I went to a standard bank ATM to draw money on the 24th / 01/2013. the card couldnt draw money as it said sorry we cant recognise your records then i went to my next branch which is diepsloot the following day and i was told to bring together my proof of residence, which i did provide. then they said i should be able to get money in the next hour. i went back to the ATM 2 hours later which i still couldnt use my card or get any money, i went back in to report it, they said i can withdraw money inside the bank, had to stand on the long que again for withdrawal, but still i couldnt get any help. they asked if i can wait for 1 more hour which i did, went back 3 hours later, but still nothing. went back inside the third time now, but was told the same thing. so im wondering if really this is how standard bank operates.i am still waiting without money untill today as i cant use my card and nobody is willing to help..my question now is is this how we moving forward?? or maybe we moving backwards, i dont know...
