Still nothing after 4 MONTHS!!!

In June 2013 I drew cash at a FNB ATM. I did not get the funds but it went off my account.
I immediately went into the Rosebank branch and after 2 HOURS I was assistant in opening a query. Since then NOTHING has happened. I have been to the Rosebank branch 8 times since. Three of those 8 times I spend 6 hours in the branch and the rest it was a minimum of 2 hours at a time, mysteriously the Rosebank branch manager is never in or busy the whole day with a client for over 6 hours. I have also dealt with the call centre on the same day this happened and on numerous occasions. Every single week I am told it will be back in my account this week, Next week Wednesday. They see the money came back and will put it in my account etc etc etc.

On Friday I was called by FNB and was promised the funds will be back in 3 days. Come Wednesday there was nothing, until today is day 7 or 5 working days since that call or 4 months and two weeks!

I have lost leave days, had to work on weekends just because of all the time I have spend inside FNB Rosebank and the call centre.

The only thing FNB helped with is causing more stress and financial loss to me. I understand errors but this is PATHETIC
