ABSA do not know how to handle accounts

I was mugged on the 1 of june 2013, lost my banking cards.
I then went to Absa on the 3rd of June 2013 to report and make new card and i was told that they no longer have mzansi account and advises that i close the account and i closed it. I told them that i made a cashsend using the same account they are closing and when i tried to reverse the cash their banking lite service was not functioning and they were aware at the bank aswell. So they told me to wait a month for me to recieve my cahs back from 03-06 2013 to 03 july 2013. I went to the bank on the 27th of July 2013 to find out what was happening and they told me that i will have to wait another 31 days for them to do the investigation and they see the money was not withdran from the account. And they will not be paying interest when they return the money. I am very angry and i will be changing banks as soon as i have my money back.
