On Monday I went to withdraw money from the ATM at Midway Mews in Midrand and no money was dispersed. I went to the nearest branch which is Carlswald to report this and spent two hours in the bank and paws promised to have my money back in my account in 48 hrs. On Thursday 3 days later still no money, I go to the bank again and 2 hours later they tell me the letter was sent to a wrong department and will have to wait for another 48 hours. I told them I can't wait for another 48 hours because I was supposed to have used that money on Monday already and now desperately need my money. They promised that by this morning it will be deposited back into my account, needless to say I have received nothing till now and I am n desperate need of my money and I'm sick and tired of wasting my time and money going to the branch. I really don't know what to do now.
