Extremely bad service from Standard Bank-Blue bean

Approximately three weeks ago we realised our credit cards were due to expire and phoned to get this sorted out. We were asked which branch do you want your credit cards to go to and we told the call centre. It is now almost the end of June and our credit cards expired at the end of May 2013, and today we went to the branch where we wanted them to be delivered to and guess what. All our three requests have been ignored. This is terrible service. Now we have been promised that they will be at the branch by Friday the 21st May 2013. Now we play the waiting game.. Shocking service.
