The resources and energy report that is due last week is still outstanding I have to call to landlines the branch and customer support before someone is able to take my call and then I get promised that it was issued on Friday when it wasn't after which I get promised that it will be emailed to me immediately as it is available this was 4 hours ago now I have to call again because apparently the promises made here just doesn't get delivered on.
